What a busy guy....

Tucker has had a very eventful first few months. He got Halloween...Thanksgiving....Christmas...& Mommy's birthday!

All were filled with family & fun.

He is the luckiest little boy around because he gets FOUR houses to celebrate Christmas at.

LABOR

What a NIGHTMARE!

I went in just to get checked out. I was expecting to be told I was nuts and sent home. Mickey left work and met me at the hospital. After waiting for about an hour we were put into a room and Tucker and I were hooked up to monitors. Well, after about an hour all these buzzers and bells started going off. I looked at Mickey and then all of a sudden nurses RAN into our room and started flipping me around and hitting my tummy. I was so confused and started crying. Finally, the bells and buzzers stopped and they explained to me what happend. Turned out I had FOUR contractions right on top of one another and Tucker couldn't take it. His heart rate dropped really low. Thanks to that move we were staying at thr hospital and having Tucker...2 weeks early. Long story short after being induced 20 hours earlier I gave birth to Tucker October 12, 2007 @ 6:04 am.


It turns out it was all worth it and now I have my beautiful baby boy at home. He is 12 weeks now and getting bigger every day it seems like.

The begining of it all

So...I guess I will start from the beginning of the craziness.
I found out I was pregnant February 23, 2007. I was scared and excited all at the same time. My husband has wanted a baby forever so he was jumping up and down with joy.

I took like a million tests because I just couldn't believe I was actually pregnant. I was not sick and did not "feel" pregnant. Finally, I went to the doctor and got a confirmation. My friend had just opened a 3d/4d ultrasound studio so as soon as I was far enough along we zoomed over there to find out the sex of our baby. I was the first person she had used her new machine on and after some time we decided it was a girl cause we saw three lines LOTS and NO boy parts. So, for a WEEK I was having a girl. We went in for my 20 Week ultrasound and the first shot was of my dear boy spread eagle saying LOOK at me...I am a BOY!

After that she did lots more ultrasounds for me and they are AMAZING and I am SO glad I have them. They will last a lifetime!!!
